Heverly Heights: On Preserving What Already Knows How to Be Home
A quiet renovation that honors what was already there. At Heverly Heights, we expanded a beloved historic cottage into the backyard to create a calm, private retreat while preserving the original façade. The result is a home that feels whole again, balanced between its history and the life unfolding within it.
Jackson Street, A Kitchen That remembers
Old houses hold stories worth keeping. The Jackson Street kitchen is one of them, a small Tudor bungalow where we widened a doorway, opened a stair, and let the light return. Rather than rewriting history, we listened to what the home already loved to do. The result is a space that feels timeless and deeply personal, where every detail honors the beauty of what was already there.
