THE KITCHEN

At the heart of this renovation sits a reimagined kitchen that brings warmth, style, and smart functionality to everyday living. We retained the existing perimeter cabinetry in a warm natural finish, honoring the home’s roots while introducing a bold new island in Sherwin Williams’ Black Fox for contrast and drama. A handcrafted tile backsplash from Fireclay Tile adds a layer of artisan texture, while soft brass accents and elegant lighting from Cedar & Moss and Rejuvenation bring the space to life. Upgraded appliances—including a Monogram induction cooktop and Bosch refrigerator, dishwasher, and more—ensure the kitchen is as hardworking as it is beautiful. A new Kohler Riverby sink and Edalyn faucet round out this functional yet refined centerpiece of the home.

THE fireplace

This once-overlooked feature became a focal point with a subtle, sophisticated refresh. We retained the original gas insert and wood surround, but elevated the design with new tile and a bold finish. The hearth is clad in Tile Shop’s Brick x Brick in a glossy Petal hue—offering a hint of charm and sheen—while the surround is wrapped in Zia Tile’s Lattice 4 Mosaic Zellige, bringing in handcrafted texture and natural variation. A coat of Black Fox by Sherwin Williams grounds the surround and provides contrast, tying the fireplace visually to other moments in the home like the kitchen island and hallway accents.

THE powder room

This small but mighty powder room packs a punch with bold contrasts and layered details. The warm taupe floor tile from Crossville, paired with classic white paneling in Pearly White by Sherwin Williams, sets the stage for a space that feels grounded yet elevated. Above, walls in Smokehouse bring mood and depth, highlighting the elegant curves of the West Elm Metal Frame Pivot Mirror. The Signature Hardware Elmdale vanity kit introduces vintage charm with modern function, while touches of Brizo in both the Kintsu and Litze collections provide sculptural hardware moments. A Rejuvenation Trask wall sconce completes the composition, casting a flattering glow across one of the most personality-filled spaces in the home.

THE primary bath

The primary bath at Little River Way strikes the perfect balance between organic texture and elevated elegance. A tranquil palette of soft greens and creamy whites sets a serene tone, anchored by Bedrosians Marin Trapezoid tile in Aloe Green across the floor. In the shower, Bedrosians Celine wall tile creates a clean yet timeless envelope around a custom teak bench by MD Woodworks and Brizo Litze plumbing fixtures in warm luxe finishes. The floating vanity from Pottery Barn is paired with slim-profile mirrors and Visual Comfort lighting for a polished, spa-like finish. A sculptural Kohler Ceric soaking tub is tucked beneath a petite flush-mount by Visual Comfort, creating a quiet retreat within the suite. Every element—from the QuickDrain square tile drain to the Brizo Kintsu toilet paper holder with a phone shelf—was selected for both function and finesse.
